the up-coming Multicultural Event in Rivertowne, being organized by a group of residents. The event will take place on Saturday, June 5th.
The purpose of this event is to highlight and celebrate the diversity living in the community. Also, to help bridge the cross-cultural gaps and promote respect and understandig amongst the residents of different backgrounds.
The activities included will be, Dress Show, Folk Music and Dance, Art competition, Quiz and much more. Food from different cultural cuisines prepared by the residents, will also be shared. Cultural items brought by residents will also be displayed on the event.
If you are interested to cook, dance, sing, share an article or poem, enter the art competition, do henna or face painting .....please let us know
